Protein Ice Cream Sharing Chocolate Bar

Half and half Pistachio and Biscoff Ice Cream Bar to share with the family!

Instructions

Step 1
Add the milk, protein powder and pistachio spread to a protein shaker and shake til smooth
Step 2
Pour into ice cream tub to freeze overnight
Step 3
Repeat for the milk, vanilla protein powder and biscoff spread
Step 4
Pass both tubs through the ninja creami til nice and smooth
Step 5
Add 2/3 the whole pistachios to the pistachio tub and place on mix in setting
Step 6
Add the chocolate chips to the Biscoff ice cream and place on mix in setting on Ninja Creami
Step 7
Both sets of ice cream into 2 large chocolate bar moulds and press together to make one big bar and back into the freezer to firm up for an hour
Step 8
Melt the dark chocolate over a Bain Marie and crush up the remaining pistachios and biscoff biscuits
Step 9
Peel the chocolate bar off the pistachio ice cream side and pour half the dark chocolate all over and sprinkle the crushed pistachios while still warm and place back into the freezer for 5 minutes to set
Step 10
Flip the bar out and peel off the other mould and pour the remaining dark chocolate over the other half and add the crushed biscoff and back into the freezer to set
Step 11
Pull it out, slice it up and enjoy!
