Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2
Pat steaks dry, season with salt and pepper, and bring to room temp
Step 3
Heat cast iron pan w a bit of oil til medium hot, add butter and garlic cloves. When garlic starts sizzling it's ready
Step 4
Add the rosemary and steaks and sear 2 min each side to get a nice crust
Step 5
Throw the steaks in a baking pan and throw in the oven until about 140
Step 6
Let steaks sit on a plate for about 5 min. They should be pink on the inside
