An Italian-American sauce that became popular in the 1970's. It's a creamy acidic sauce that's a cross between Alfredo and marinara sauce. Commonly just served over pasta but can be used for shrimp, chicken or sausages.

Step 1
Coat bottom of pan with olive oil and bring to medium heat. Then add Finley chopped what opinion and 7 cloves of minced or crushed garlic. Add tomato paste, but be sure to cook all these ingredients. Many people add the tomato paste and move on but you need to cook it until it almost looks burnt, stirring occasionally.





Step 2
Add 3 shots of vodka, mix well and cook until vodka is no longer visible. Add heavy cream and season with salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne. Cover with parmesan and mix until melted.
