For the dip:
50gsun-dried tomatoes
50golives
seedless
10thyme sprigs
pliant stems
250gricotta cheese
¼ tspgarlic granules
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
3 Tbspolive oil
For garnish:
Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor combine olives, sun-dried tomatoes and thyme sprigs. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until well combined.
Step 3
Garnish with olive oil, paprika and thyme leaves and serve with toasted bread or veggie sticks.
