Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C/375F. Line a 8x8 inch square baking pan with baking paper.
Step 2
2.Mix oil, vanilla and sugar for 30 seconds.
Step 3
4. Add the eggs, cocoa powder, flour, buttermilk, red for colouring and vinegar. Mix until just combined.
Step 4
5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 28 - 30minutes.
