Instructions
Step 1
Mix Mayonnaise and some Ginger Paste using enough Mayonnaise to thoroughly cover salmon.
Step 2
Once oven is preheated to 500°, remove hot pan from oven and place salmon on the hot pan. Cover salmon thoroughly with Mayonnaise/Ginger Paste mixture. Top with salt and pepper and lots of herbs - enough to ensure a crusty top.
Step 3
Place pan on middle rack in oven. Lower the oven temperature to 275°F and roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the fillet registers 125°F, 9 to 13 minutes
