If you are looking for a deliciously healthy and crispy snack, then these air fryer apple crisps are a perfect choice! These thinly sliced apples are lightly sprinkled with cinnamon for added sweetness and then cooked until perfectly crisp!

Instructions
Step 1
Using a mandolin, slice your apples so that each piece is of equal thickness. Then spread them out on to a chopping board and sprinkle with your ground cinnamon. I do mine in batches as you don’t want to over crowd your air fryer. Place in your air fryer on 140 C for around 15 to 20 minutes, turning throughout the cook.
Step 2
But depending on the size of your apples, you may need to adjust the time you need to cook your apple crisps. Keep a close eye on your crisps and keep turning whilst they cook. Cooking times may vary depending on what type of air fryer you use.
Step 3
When cooked, leave your air fried apple crisps to cool on a drying rack.
