Instructions
Step 1
Core the apples. Sliced on a mandolin, medium thickness and place in a bowl of lemon water.
Step 2
Once all the apples are sliced, drain the water. To the bowl of apples, add the lemon juice and seasonings.
Step 3
Dehydrate at 135° for about 12 hours or until dried. You could also dehydrate in a 200° oven for a few hours.
