For the brownies

175gbutter

250gchocolate

250gcaster sugar

3eggs

1 tspvanilla extract

150gall purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

For the chocolate buttercream
Instructions
Step 1
Turn the oven on to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Prepare your pan. Put a little butter on a paper towel rub it all over the inside of the baking dish to grease it. Then place the baking parchment in the baking pan.
Step 3
Break the chocolate into small pieces cut the butter into small cubes.
Step 4
Put the chocolate ans butter in a heatproof bowl and ask an adult to help you set it over a saucepan of barely simmering water to melt. (You could also melt the chocolate in the microwave) stir until the butter and chocolate are soothing and mixed together. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 5
Take another bowl and carefully break yhe eggs in it. Add the sugar and vanilla on it. Then whisky them together until light and foamy.
Step 6
Next, add the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir them together until well mixed.
Step 7
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture and then mix it.
Step 8
Spread out evenly into tje baking pan and our it in the oven for 30 minutes. Then remove OT from the oven and let them cool.
Step 9
When the brownies are cool, take them out of the baking pan and put it onto a cutting board.
For the buttercream
Step 10
Break the chocolate into small pieces and cut tje butter into small cubes. And melt them together like you dod for the brownies
Step 11
Out the milk, vanilla, and sugar into a mixing bowl and which until smooth. Pour the mwlted chocolate into the mixing bowl and stir until mixture is smooth and thick. Leave to cool for about 30 minutes until it is thick enough to spread
Step 12
Spread the bittervream thickly over brownies. Decorate them with sprinkles if you like and then cut the brownie into squares
