Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

Preheat your Traeger to 375°F.

Remove chicken from marinade and place directly on the grill grates.

Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice or dice.

Assemble the Bowls

In each bowl, layer:

Carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocado
