Mel‘s chocolate lava cake 👩🏽🍳
Recipe:
100g chocolate (I use 70%)
35g butter
2 eggs
30g sugar
25 g flour
Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave. Set aside and let cool slightly. Mix the sugar and eggs. Stir in both mixtures and gently stir in the flour. Put everything in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Prepare your mold (mine has a diameter of 12cm)
Bake in the preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius convection for 7-9 minutes.
