2 tspvanilla extract
2 ½ call purpose flour
1 cgranulated sugar
1 Tbspbaking powder
¼ tspsalt
200gstrawberries
fresh/frozen
For the Crumble
¾ cupall purpose flour
80ggranulated sugar
+ 1 tbsp
60gbutter
combine everything until a crumbly mix form

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the wet ingredients: eggs,
melted butter, oil, yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract.
Step 2
Fold in the strawberries.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into 12 muffins
Step 4
Add 2-3 tsps of the cream cheese filling on top.
Step 5
Finish off by sprinkling a generous amount of the the crumble topping.
Step 6
Bake at 425⁰F for the first 5 mins.
Then bring down temperature to 350⁰F and bake for 15-18 mins more.
