Ingredients

150gbutter
softened, at room temperature

2 tspvanilla bean paste

2eggs
at room temperature, tip soak in warm water for 10 minutes to get it at room temp

¾ cupwhite sugar

1 ½ cupwhite flour

2 tspbaking powder

¾ cupwhole milk

1 tspcinnamon powder

1can evaporated milk

1can condensed milk
can add less if you like it less sweeter

2 cupswhole milk

300mlthickened cream

½ cupwhite sugar

10strawberries
Instructions
Step 1
whip eggs and sugar for 10 minutes until soft peaks
Step 2
add in butter, flour, baking powder, sugar and milk
Step 3
Bake sponge cake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Step 4
While cake is hot, poke holes in the cake and pour over the cinnamon powder, and evaporated, condensed and whole milk mixture
Step 5
refrigerate for 24-48 hours
Step 6
Whip thickened cream, sugar & vanilla for 8 mins
Step 7
Add whipped cream, cinnamon powder and sliced strawberries on cake. Cut into square
