Step 1
Mix honey, hot sauce, and chilli flakes in a bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Stir and let cool.

Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to make 4 pieces. Mix paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Set up a dredging station: one bowl with flour and half the spice mix, one bowl with beaten egg, and one bowl with breadcrumbs and remaining spice mix.
Step 4
Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, ensuring even coating.
Step 5
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.

Top crispy chicken with crumbled feta and drizzle with honey mixture before serving.
