Instructions

Step 1
Combine turkey and drained lentils in a bowl.
Step 2
In a food processor, pulse onion, salt, pepper medley, and garlic powder until onion is thoroughly minced.
Step 3
Add onion mixture to waiting bowl with remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Form meat into patties and place on a parchment paper lined air fryer rack.
Step 5
Cook in air fryer at 400⁰F for 20 minutes. Check doneness - center should not be pink and juices should run clear.
