Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl- mix together beef, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, 2 tablespoons bbq rub, salt & pepper. Cover & place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
When ready to cook- form mixture into 3-4 patties & sprinkle with more bbq seasoning. Let rest on counter while you heat your cast iron.
Step 3
When your cast iron is HOT- place burgers equally spaced out & let cook for 2-3 minutes, then using a spatula press down burgers to flatten, cook another minute or so then flip. Press down again then add your caramelized onions, cheese & cover to let cheese melt.
Step 4
Assembly- take your buns, add spicy mayo to the top & a piece of lettuce on the bottom- then add your cheeseburger & enjoy!
