Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325°F (170°C)
Step 2
Grate or blend, 3 cups zucchini and drain excess liquid.

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl (or blender)

Combine the dry & wet ingredients - & add the chocolate chips.

Step 6
Bake for 40 to 70 minutes, depending on moisture level, until a tester inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
