Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350⁰F
Step 2
Cream butter & eggs together until fluffy, about 3 minutes
Step 3
Add egg & vanilla, mix until well combined.
Step 4
Combine baking powder with flour in a separate bowl.
Step 5
Combine dry ingredients ⅓ at a time with wet ingredients
Step 6
After combining, knead dough to form a ball
Step 7
Use ⅓ dough ball at a time, rolling about ¼ inch thick
Step 8
Cut with desired cutters — reroll & cut extra dough until all dough is used
Step 9
Bake at 350⁰F for 11 ½ minutes on a parchment covered tray
Step 10
Cool before handling
