Aperol Spritz
Delicious classic Italian spitz (fizzy cocktail), prepared with Prosecco wine, Aperol, and a dash of soda water (also known as club soda or sparkling mineral water). It is usually served with ice in a wine glass and garnished with a slice or two of orange.
Proportions are as easy as 1,2,3 (3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part soda water). Enjoy!
