Healthy Date snickers bars
This date snickers bar I made, are delicious 😋 👍
Recipe.
°Soak dates in boiled water for 5-10 minutes (until soft).
°When soft split in half, take out the pip. Then on a baking sheet squish it down flat so all the dates are stuck together, that's your base.
°Next spread peanut butter all over the dates. Then I added some smashed Basil nuts and a few mix seeds on top of the peanut butter.
° At this point I put it in the freezer for half an hour.
°Melt some dark chocolate then pour it all over the top. Sprinkle with sea salt and some seed mix.
Return to the freezer for a few hours or overnight. Slice how ever you fancy. Pop in the fridge for up to 5 days. IF THEY LAST THAT LONG :::::. 😋 👌 👍
