Ingredients
4 servings
1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1apple
cored and grated

⅔ cupsplant-based milk

⅔ cupfresh orange juice
or apple juice

¼ cupdried fruit
seasonal

¼ cuppumpkin seeds

1 tspground cinnamon

⅔ cupnon-dairy yogurt
To Serve:
¼ cuproasted blanched hazelnuts

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl mixed together all ingredients except the nuts and fresh fruit.
Step 2
Divide the mixture between four large jam jars or a containers.
Step 3
Cover and leave the soap for at least three hours or preferably overnight in the fridge.
Step 4
Serve with the hazelnut scattered over the top and fresh fruit.
