Step 1
Butter the bread (12-16 slices)
Step 2
Grate the cheddar
Step 3
Slice the spring onions and add to the cheddar
Step 4
Add around 60-75g of the cheese and onion mix to each slice of bread and spread across the bread
Step 5
Close the sandwich and press together
Step 6
Place the sandwiches back in the bag, if transporting
Step 7
Slice the sandwiches into 4 quarters when ready to serve
