Seasoned Butter Red Potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Take 6 washed red potatoes and poke several holes on all sides of the potato. Once done with the holes, coat them in a thin layer of olive oil. Put them on a baking tray. Sprinkle farm dust onto each potato. Bake the potatoes for 40-45 minutes at 350°.
Step 2
While the potatoes are baking, take half of a full stick of butter and melt it in a bowl in the microwave. Once you take bowl out, add about 1 tsp of olive oil to the bowl. Sprinkle in parsley, minced onions, and farm dust to your liking. Place bowl in refrigerator until potatoes are done baking. Once potatoes are done, reheat the mixture in microwave for 10 seconds and spread on all potatoes.
