Air fryer baked potatoes with crispy skin

Instructions

Step 1
Scrub down the potatoes as clean as you can get them. Fork a whole bunch of holes in there too.
Step 2
Preheat your air fryer to 400
Step 3
Take a piece of tin foil and spread 1 tbsp of bacon grease thoroughly over the area that will be touching the potato.
Step 4
Sprinkle salt over the bacon grease generously, then wrap the potato in the foil
Step 5
Air fry for 40 minutes, flipping halfway
Step 6
Serve with your desired toppings!
