Step 1
Instructions: Wash 2 cups (400g) of fresh apricots, pit, and slice them.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and add the sugar. Mix until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until everything is well combined.
Transfer the batter to the 9-inch round cake baking pan and spread it.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes
