1 cupall purpose flour
1 cupbrown sugar
¾ cupsCocoa Powder
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
3eggs
130gunsalted butter
1 barchocolate
hot chocolate
½ cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1 preheat the oven to exactly 350° fahrenheit

Step 2 In your glass bowl put in your 130 grams of butter your 3/4 cup of cocoa powder your hot chocolate in a bar, but do not mix yet, first put the bowl in the microwave for 2 min and leave it there,will come back to that later.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and the vanilla extract and again mix it until everything is well combined for about 2 min.

Spray your baking tray with your baking spray.

Take out your glass bowl from the microwave. Please be careful as it might be very hot and you don't want to get burnt. ALWAYS WEAR OVEN MITTS. With a fork mix the cocoa powder, chocolate bar and butter until it's all well mixed, for about 2 min.

Pour this mix into the other bowl with eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. Sift the flour into the mix.

Add your chocolate chips.

Using a spatula, pour the mix into the pan and bake it for 20 min. After this, take the brownies out of the oven and insert a toothpick to check it is done. It should be just a bit wet, and let it cool for 20 min before cutting or eating it

Now you can sift some icing sugar on top of the brownies with the strainer, as decoration.
