Instructions

Step 1
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey/maple syrup, rice vinegar, coconut aminos/tamari, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and water.

2. Stir and let it come to a gentle simmer.
Step 3
3. Once simmering, stir in the arrowroot slurry.
Step 4
4. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
Step 5
5. Remove from heat and let cool. It will thicken more as it cools.
