Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan 2. Melt butter and half the chocolate together microwave in 30sec intervals, whisk after each heating interval till smooth & fully melted 3. Whisk in sugar 4. Whisk in eggs, vanilla and salt. Batter will be light in colour and dull 5. Sift in flour and Coco powder then fold with spatula 6. Stir in extra choc choco chunks 7. Put in 9" square lined tin, spread evenly 8. Bake for 30mins till crispy on top but gooey in the middle when a knife is put in it 9. Place on wire rack to cool 10. Brownies will keep for up to a week and are freezible
