Broccoli and Cheddar soup

Instructions

Step 1
Sauce onion and garlic in butter, add paprika right before the next step.
Step 2
Add the flour and cook for 2 - 3 minutes
Step 3
Slowly add one cup of the chicken stock, whisk as this will thicken quickly.
Step 4
Add your chopped broccoli and grated carrot, should be just covered by the liquid.
Step 5
Add the cheese and simmer until melted. Check for salt and pepper.
