Instructions
Step 1
First, mix milk and sugar in a bowl. Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Add vegetable oil and mix again until fully combined.

Then, add the dry ingredients.
Stir until the batter is smooth and well-mixed.

Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Steam the cake over medium to low heat for about 30 minutes.

Once done, remove the cake from the steamer and let it cool completely.
