Instructions

Step 1
First, mix milk and sugar in a bowl. Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Add vegetable oil and mix again until fully combined.

Then, add the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth and well-mixed.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper.
Step 5
Steam the cake over medium to low heat for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Once done, remove the cake from the steamer and let it cool completely.

Ganache

Step 7
Heat milk in a saucepan until it reaches a simmering point (small bubbles forming, but not boiling).
