150gcottage cheese

Instructions
Step 1
1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk and sugar and set aside for 10 minutes

2. Mix together the flour, nutritional supplement, and salt. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, melted butter, and dissolved yeast

3. Knead the dough until smooth (it will be thicker than regular dough)

4. Set aside for 1 hour to rise
Step 5
5. Divide into 6 balls and fill with fruit/dried fruits or leave them plain. Combine 60g of flour, 30g of smooth butter and 30g of sugar then crumble it on the balls



Step 6
6. Set aside for 20 minutes to rise
Step 7
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-22 minutes
