Pecan Brownies with Chocolate Ganache

Instructions

Step 1
Cream together butter, sugar and molasses until blended. Add room temperature eggs gradually. Add flour and cocoa and the chopped pecans.
Step 2
Line a 9x13-in tray with parchment paper and deposit batter in tray.
Step 3
Bake at 350°F for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. One cool, pour the ganache over the brownies. Let set then cut.

Warm the cream and pour over the chocolate. Let sit then stir until it comes together
