Instructions

Step 1
Mash the bananas.
Step 2
Add in the butter, sugars and egg. Mix.
Step 3
Add in the flour and bicarbonate of soda. Mix.
Step 4
Add in the chocolate chips, reserving a small handful. Mix.
Step 5
Add the mixture to a lined loaf tin and top with the reserved chocolate chips.
Step 6
Bake at 170°C for 1 hour (cover with foil after 30 minutes).
Step 7
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
