Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream eggs and sugar together
Step 3
Add honey and mix
Step 4
Add oil and mix
Step 5
Sift flours, baking powder, and baking soda together
Step 6
Add 1/3 of flour mixture to egg mixture, mix until just combined
Step 7
Add 1/3 of coffee, mix until just combined
Step 8
Repeat with the remaining 2/3 of flour and coffee, 1/3 of each at a time. Add walnuts and mix.
Step 9
Grease 2 loaf pans or 1 9x9 pan then pour mixture in.
Step 10
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, until center is done. Test with a toothpick or cake tester.
