6egg whites
½ cupsugar
½ Tbsplemon juice
or vinegar
½ Tbspvanilla extract
2 Tbspcorn starch
1 cupwhipped cream

Instructions
Step 1
preheat at 225F
Step 2
beat egg whites until soft peaks form
Step 3
fold in sugar and beat until stiff peaks form
Step 4
fold in lemon/vinegar, vanilla extract, and corn starch
Step 5
pipe or use the back of a spoon to form the meringues
Step 6
bake for 1hour 15 min
Step 7
turn off the oven and let it sit for 30min without opening the door
Step 8
after it cools, garnish with whipped cream (put sugar if no coulis or curd)
