Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 220C / Gas 7
Step 2
Place the oil in a muffin tray and heat for 5 minutes
Step 3
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then add eggs and beat to a thick batter
Step 4
Add milk and beat again
Step 5
Put into hot muffin tray and cook for 20-25 mins until risen and golden brown
