Step 1
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined and creamy.

Fold in the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
Step 4
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
Step 5
Layer banana slices over the cream cheese filling, followed by a layer of banana pudding.
Step 6
Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
Step 7
Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Step 8
Before serving, top with additional banana slices and whipped cream, if desired.
