Crab Rangoon Puff Pastry

Instructions

Step 1
Shred imitation crab with a fork then chop it

Combine with softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and green onion

Whisk together
Step 4
In a separate bowl combine egg, water, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning
Step 5
Unroll defrosted puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles per sheet
Step 6
Outline gently with the knife where the filling will go in the rectangle puff pastry. (Make a smaller rectangle about a cm inside the main rectangle)
Step 7
Scoop the filling into the smaller rectangle
Step 8
Brush the edges with the garlic egg wash
Step 9
Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes
Step 10
Serve with sweet and sour
