Step 1
Start by ensuring the potatoes are defrosted and by melting 1 stick of butter.
Step 2
Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl saving the corn flakes and 1 stick of butter for later. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 9x12 pan.
Step 4
Melt the remaining stick of butter and mix with the corn flakes. Then evenly distribute over the top of the casserole.
Step 5
Bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour.
