Instructions
Step 1
Roughly peel potatoes
Step 2
Cut into even slices
Step 3
Rinse potatoes then place in ice bath for 20 minutes or overnight
Step 4
Pat potatoes dry, place in bowl
Step 5
Add olive oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper and corn starch to potatoes, mix well
Step 6
Add to preheated air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius
Step 7
Cook for 10 minutes, flip potatoes, cook for another 10 minutes
Step 8
Once potatoes are done add salt immediately
Step 9
Pour the garlic butter mixture over top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese then serve!
