Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Grease square cake pan 9"x9"x2".
Step 3
Measure all ingredients. Mix in large mixing bowl all ingredients EXCEPT topping ingredients.
Step 4
Beat vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5
Spread into pan using a rubber scraper.
Step 6
Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter.
Step 7
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
