Instructions

Cake

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add bananas & mash until smooth. Add melted butter, both sugars & mix again. Add eggs & vanilla extract & combine. Add milk & mix.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add dry ingredients & whisk to combine. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients & stir to combine.
Step 4
Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes & allow to cool before icing.
Step 5
In a bowl, using a hand mixer on high speed, whip softened butter & cream cheese for about 5 minutes. Add confectioner's sugar & vanilla, combine until light & fluffy, about 7-10 minutes. Spread over cooled cake.
