Step 1
Mix batter, in a greased bundt pan place 3/4 of the batter, crush 10 Lotus Cookies and spread over batter, with remaining batter add 1 cup melted Lotus cream and mix well, spread evenly over cookies. Bake 350 for about 50 minutes. When slightly cooled melt 1/4 cup lotus cream and drizzle over the top (optional). Enjoy!
