Instructions

Step 1
Mix the chicken with the cottage cheese, feta, pesto, garlic granules, basil and spinach (optional) season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Pile into the centre of the wrap, fold the sides in, then fold the edge closest to you up and over the filling and tuck into a parcel.
Step 3
Air fry or pan fry for 6-8 minutes at 200°C fan, turning once, until crisp, golden and oozy.
