Step 1
Dice celery, onion
Slice tomatoes Shred up cheese
Step 2
Season chicken breast as desired. I used onion & garlic powder, lawrys seasoning salt, garlic and herb Mrs dash, Montreal steak seasoning (good on everything ! Not just beef)
Step 3
Pre heat ur oven at 400 °
Coat your pan with olive oil on med high Sear chicken on each side for a few mins then in the over for 10 -12 mins. Chicken breast will dry out of cooked too long
Step 4
Then shred chicken up, place in a bowl, mix in Mayo, mustard, veggies and a little salt & pepper to taste
Step 5
Butter one side of each slice of your bread of choice, place the buttered side down in the pan
Step 6
On one slice of bread add a layer of chicken, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Then top layer of bread. Flipping as if your making a grilled cheese. Enjoy 😄
