Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks and coconut sugar together in a saucepan until light and creamy.
Step 2
Put the saucepan on the stove and turn on medium high heat. Whisking all the while, gradually add the cream, milk, nutmeg and salt. Keep whisking until mixture reaches a bare simmer. Immediately take off heat.
Step 3
Stir in vanilla essence.
Step 4
Serve in mugs topped with sprinkled cinnamon or chill and enjoy later.
