Instructions
Step 1
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, lemonade, orange juice and coconut water (if using).
Step 2
Stir well, then add fresh pineapple chunks, lemon slices and orange slices.
Step 3
Just before serving, pour in sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy effect.
Step 4
Add ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
