Instructions

Step 1
Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar in stand mixer / food processor.

Add eggs and vanilla.

In separate bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and (optional) salt.

Mix all ingredients together and add pecans and chocolate chips.

Scoop teaspoon sized balls of dough about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 9-11 min. Remove from oven and immediately press Hershey’s kiss / milk chocolate wafer into each cookie. Transfer to cooking rack.
