Glühwein

Note from an old German, -Just because you are going to change your red wine, does not mean it will forget who it was. -When picking a wine, dont go with a cheap wine, or you will have a cheap wine headache tomorrow. -Dont go for the gusto either, Fine wines are fine by themselves, and don't take well to change. -Pick a good table red, that you would serve to good friends and you will have a good friendly Glühwein. -Dont go Dry.
