Here is a drink you can make for your honey on Valentine’s Day. Our version of Aperol Spritz is a riff on the classic cocktail with a little twist — blood orange! It’s pleasantly citrusy, low in alcohol, sparkling and refreshing.

Add ice to a wine to a wine glass or a lowball glass.

Step 2

Add a few slices of blood orange or regular orange.

Step 3

Pour in the dry prosecco.

Step 4

Pour in the Aperol.

Pour in a splash of soda.

Top it off with blood orange juice.

Step 7

Stir gently to combine.
